Book Your GAMCA Medical Appointment in Mumbai
GAMCA, a medical examination system for people visiting the Gulf for employment and other eligible reasons, is now known as Wafid. With the Wafid system, Mumbai-based applicants can book their medical appointments in advance of the mandatory visa medical examination.
The application for a Wafid appointment is required to be filled online. The applicants are required to give details such as their full name, date of birth, passport number, nationality, and destination country. The applicants are advised to provide correct details and update the details in their passports to prevent any form of discrepancies during verification.
After filling the details and making the applicable payments, the Wafid system generates a medical appointment slip. The slip provides details regarding a medical centre and appointment. The applicants must ensure that they carry their passport and relevant documents and confirm that the slip details are accurate to avoid any form of inconveniences.
On the day of the appointment, the applicants must visit the medical centre as mentioned on the slip along with a valid passport and appointment slip. The visa medical examination can consist of a series of medical tests depending on the health requirements of the Gulf destination country.
The applicants can follow the instructions provided by the Wafid-approved medical centre and complete the procedures.
