Wafid (Gamca) or GCC Approved Medical Centres Association is a mandatory medical examination that you must pass before travelling to GCC countries for employment or applying for a residence visa, work visa, or family visa. This has to be done from medical centres designated by Wafid (Gamca).

GCC Approved Medical Centers prepare medical fitness for each individual. After receiving a positive Wafid (Gamca) medical report from authorised Wafid (Gamca) centers you can travel to your destination country. Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), originally known as the Cooperation Council for all Arab States of the Gul,f is an intergovernmental, political and economic union consisting of all Arab states of the Persian Gulf except Iraq. Basically, a total of 6 GCC countries require gamca for visa approval. They are Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman.
